Liked: Was close to the venue we had to go to.
Disliked: The room was dirty. One socket no lamps and the sink was dirty and the taps didn't even work. Shower room was dirty and smelled. Toilet was not very clean and I found the staff very unhelpful. It was like they didn't want you there. All in all, I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Lucky we only had to stay 1 night.

Decent for the price

Liked: Staff were great and check in was very easy. It's a bit rough and ready bit still decent for what youre paying for. We didn't grab breakfast as we were too tired, but great that this was available to us.
Disliked: Lack of plugs in room and the room was quite cold, with no way of heating it up (there was a radiator on but didn't do a lot).

Warm welcome

Liked: Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were there for a university interview, which took longer than expected, The staff was kind enough to let us keep the car parked outside hotel for 2 hours longer than checkout time. We will definitely come back if we go to Leicester again.
Disliked: Hotel is aged, and the decoration is from 80's , but it has its charm. Lighting is a bit dull. Price reflects it too, so no complaints , just a note.
