Liked: Great location, very close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds and clean room.
Disliked: Wish the breakfast menu was a little better, only a few options to choose from. I was hoping for more of a buffet style breakfast.

Liked: Room is nice. Clean. The decór throughout the hotel is kind on the eyes. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Lack of designated hotel parking results in a time-consuming hassle for guests who have their own vehicle. On weekend nights, the university kids lay siege to all the street parking while they are squandering mommy and daddy's educational stipends in the nearby drinking establishments.Regarding the Moonstone restaurant: It's got spectacular views, a bar, a nice outdoor area with swimming pool and nighttime fire pits...now, all you need is some craft and creativity in the kitchen! Seriously, your restaurant falls short of excellence only because the food is mediocre, prepared with pre-packaged ingredients, soulless - fast food disguised (and priced) as genuine restaurant cuisine. You are ignoring the opportunity to claim some stars with a great place to dine.
