Superb

Liked: Love the location! We enjoy being close to downtown State College. And the hotel has all amenities.
Disliked: I wish they would have served complimentary coffee in the lobby later than 8 am.

Scary

Disliked: Wow! To be shocked by a guest opening your door at 11 pm and then the staff knocking later to see if that was your room. Very inconsiderate since it was their error. And I had a HS age child with me for a college visit so a little unsettling to have someone open your door. I gave the hotel a chance to make it right but nothing for a week in response

Wonderful to walk downtown and...

Liked: Location and Parking plus very nice staff
Disliked: Shower floors slippery, no front door to hotel- elevator area should be more welcoming and better lighting. Elevators slow to parking area, ice only on 5th floor, no filtered water refill station, coffee at restaurant cold, due to all the furniture and fabric the hotel doesn’t feel clean.
