Rooms were roomy and clean; personnel and staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overpriced for a gimmicky, but...

Liked: Close to wedding venue. Comfortable and clean rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn’t explained how this worked when ordering at breakfast bar. The eating area was bare bones and freezing cold. Cold because automatic doors weren’t working and they kept a door propped open.

Liked: Everything was great. Comfy bed, clean room, and ideal location. Valet parking was chaotic due to the large number of people staying at the hotel but that was to be expected. The valet attendant I had the evening I arrived was the same one I had the next morning and he was so fantastic! Wish I could remember his name but he even made sure I buckled up for safety upon departure :)
Disliked: Wish there was more room for the valet service but it's a city so I didn't expect anything beyond what it was. That wouldn't have been realistic.

Passable

Disliked: Room was not properly serviced in the morning. e.g. the bed was not made. There were no glasses or mugs in the room or the bathroom -- how is one supposed to rinse one's mouth after brushing one's teeth.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The bathroom and carpet were filthy and the faucet was broken in the bathroom.

Liked: The decore, politeness of staff, cleanliness, and mannerisms of staff. food was good.
Disliked: I booked a kingroom for two, but on arrival was informed room was too small, so we were upgraded to a double queen room, and l was not informed l would be charged for it. But on checking out, l informed booking.com, and this was sotrted. Secondly, I got stuck in one of the lifts twice, which gave me a panic attack . Of which l reported on the second instance, but it was still in service for a while.

Disliked: Parking was either valet or street parking.

Disliked: 37 dollars for parking . It should be free we are paying a lot for the room. It was not mentioned when booked because of that I would not recommend this facility

Liked: Bed very, very comfy, room and entire hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Valet parking took quiet sometime for my car to be retrieved but is always a pain to park in RVA
