Exceptional
Liked: The view! The location! The warmth of both the place and the staff!
Disliked: The centre of the window in the room when you sit down, blocks the view. Obviously not a big problem but that was all I could think of!

Over all was ok experience...
Liked: The location of the hotel was great and easily accessible. The staff were pleasant. The architecture was fun.
Disliked: The breakfast options was horrendous, even though we had pre paid every morning for breakfast we only had a choice of one pastries, fruit and yogurt or granola and yogurt and if we wanted something different had to pay extra 9 dollars+ each?! Not even the choice of both juice and coffee. This was never stated when we booked. There was hairs in our towels each time we got new ones and we were asked to give a €100 deposit for each night, which was also never stated when booked.

Liked: The amazing design, the location: you are in the countryside of New York City! the views, the access to the cable car and to the metro for going around, the size of the room.
Disliked: That there was no coffee machine in the room, that there were no slippers in the bathroom.

Liked: The location was fantastic and only a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station
Disliked: The room light didn’t stay on, I think it was an energy saving mechanism but not to sure if that or just faulted

Liked: Excellent location of the hotel. Cleanliness, nice room facilities.
Disliked: I recommend not booking bed and breakfast. Only the sweet version of breakfast is included in the price, if you want something else you have to pay for everything.The reception staff is arrogant and does not provide enough information. They are not interested in solving problems. The hotel had a problem with wifi for the first few days, we were told to use the wifi of the university next door. No interest in solving it.No breakfast bill was presented upon departure, we had to ask for the total bill and check. Everything was done with contempt.The hotel is otherwise beautiful, but the problem is the reception staff.
