Disliked: We reserved our room in March 2024. On August 21, we arrived (From California) only to have a Very rude woman come outside and say CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC! No apology, no understanding. We told her we had made reservations through Booking.com. She said, we tried to email everyone, but we don't know what happens with Booking. We were extremely disappointed having looked forward to staying there for five months. To be treated so rudely was shocking and hurtful. After traveling for twelve hours, we walked to another hotel.

Disliked: When we arrived, prior to the 4 pm check in, the front desk staff member told us absolutely no early check ins. We left and went to eat and returned at 3 pm and there was a long line checking in early.
