Great location and lovely room.

Liked: Lovely room (we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and riverside view), very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Car parking onsite. Its a set fee to park if you are a guest at the hotel. Great location.

Welcoming, friendly staff, super dog...

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel and would defiantly come again and recommend them. The staff were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. They gave our little French Bulldogs treats at the bar, and bowls of water with a lot of fuss. The room was really clean and tidy and they gave us complimentary drinks for my wife's birthday. Great location with Punting hire just outside your doorstep. The drinks at the bar were a little expensive but we were happy to pay as the place is clean, tidy and looks really nice.

Great hotel and staff but...

Liked: The staff were superb and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, great location with parking. Would book again for that.
Disliked: The room and hotel/room service info was only available vie the tv and it as really difficult to navigate. A QR code or simple menu would have been better. We gave up and went out instead. We were double charged for breakfast so trying to reclaim that back.
