We loved the location and...

Liked: Loved the location, walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in the Square, as well as close to the Ole Miss campus. The rooftop restaurant and bar was great, the room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Abmismal Service

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: The staff are untrained and have poor customer service and unwilling to communicate with guests.The hotel also does not honour breakfasts that are booked through Booking.com. When I explained to the staff that I paid extra for breakfas to be included I did get a $16.00 credit, however this was not enough to cover what i paid for breakfast inclded for my partner and I which should have equated to $40.00. Ended up spending $20.71 on breakfast to which I had to pay a balance of $4.71. When I went to checkout and pay my remaining balance for the breakfast (which for some reason they were unable to do so and I would be charged at a later date?) the front desk staff didn't communicate with me that I had checked out until they began attending another guest.Overall very poor experience that was down to the uninterested and inattentive staff. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
