It was short but comfortable,...

Liked: The location and the interior were very nice, wonderful view of the East River
Disliked: The food at the restaurant was decent but not amazing.

Good value for money!

Liked: Great location, close to metro station `F` that gives fast and easy access to all Manhattan destinations. Roosevelt island is quite without the tourist crowds that you have in Manhattan. Rooms were clean and cosy.
Disliked: In general nothing to complaint about. The breakfast was menu based and a little bit pricy (seems normal for NY standards) and the 15 USD voucher (that we had from our booking.com reservation) was hardly covering the breakfast bill (80-90 for two people) - two avocado toasts, one yogurt bowl with fruits, latte and tea:)

Liked: The only way to truly enjoy this hotel is yo dine upstairs in the Panorama room. It’s worth it even if you just came in from a 12h travel day with no sleep. Otherwise, don’t waste your time downstairs for a bite to eat before bed-I’ve yet to order from downstairs and enjoy the experience (very very slow!). But upstairs is incredible. Quick, yummy, professional and stunning views!
Disliked: The “restaurant” down stairs is only staffed with a person or two; took over 30 minutes to get my salad and side of fries.

Location is great!

Liked: Location was great! Was pleasantly surprised by the location the F train is a couple mins walk and it is VERY easy to get to the heart of Manhattan.
Disliked: The rooftop bar was not open or available to at least go up to check out the view during our stay. I finally did find the info on the website, but it is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Stunning views of the city

Liked: Incredible views, easy access to NYC, modern and evening meals were good
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a let down and no Tea making facilities within the room
