Disappointing

Great location in Fayetteville

Liked: Best location for business in downtown Fayetteville and at the University of Arkansas
Disliked: Rooms are very basic with window HVAC units. Looks like it used to be an office building that was converted into a hotel

Liked: the location was good and the staff was really nice and helpful
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't very clean I found a huge hair on one of the towels, the rooms look outdated, the tv just have DirecTV and the vent on the bathroom was attached to the wall with a huge piece of packing tape!!!!

Perfect staycation!

Liked: Everything! I was super impressed! This is the second Graduate I’ve stayed in and I plan to visit them all each one is so unique
Disliked: I was bummed both the outdoor and indoor pool were both out of commission while we stayed

Liked: I really enjoy "The Graduate" Hotel concept. The location was great for our needs, and the overall décor is fun. The beds were comfortable, and the lobby common area was laid out well.
Disliked: There are definitely areas for very simple improvements to be made. In no particular order:-The lobby bar did not have simple ingredients to make the "signature" drinks marketed on the bar menu and inside the elevators for three nights.-We did not receive maid service on Monday even though we were out of the room from 9:00am until after 6:00pm- Since there was no maid service, we were forced to call the front desk for fresh towels. After 3 phone calls Monday between 7:00pm and 10:00pm, we never received new towels. - I called the front desk to let them know we would be 10 minutes late checking out since my daughter needed to use the blow dryer to dry her bath towel since no one delivered any the day before. We were made extremely uncomfortable by the calls from the front desk and the maids waiting at our front door at 11:10am.

Liked: Location was good. Hotel clean and nice bar but badly overpriced for a drink.We went to Big Box Karaoke and dinner at Hammontree’s. Food was great and Karaoke was fun.Hotel stay was disappointing though
Disliked: NO microwave in room. NO refrigerator in room. Parking garage gate didn’t work; had to get attendant to assist. I think I paid for parking …..No free breakfast.Way too fancy for me and my guy.It was his birthday. We went to a karaoke venue and a nice restaurant.Parking is not too convenient. No handicap parking.Be PREPARED TO WALK to your car after parking in covered garage…
