Liked: Location was good. Hotel clean and nice bar but badly overpriced for a drink.We went to Big Box Karaoke and dinner at Hammontree’s. Food was great and Karaoke was fun.Hotel stay was disappointing though
Disliked: NO microwave in room. NO refrigerator in room. Parking garage gate didn’t work; had to get attendant to assist. I think I paid for parking …..No free breakfast.Way too fancy for me and my guy.It was his birthday. We went to a karaoke venue and a nice restaurant.Parking is not too convenient. No handicap parking.Be PREPARED TO WALK to your car after parking in covered garage…

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I indicated on my reservation I was bringing my dog with me. I signed a waiver at the hotel and paid and additional pet fee. After a day out and about with my dog, I came back to find my room has not been cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask why it hadn’t been cleaned, they told me the cleaning staff is scared of dogs and that my room won’t be cleaned during my stay. I was very disappointed, as I was paying for cleaning service that was not provided. Also, they gave me a sign to put on my door to indicate when the dog was in the room. I was gone ALL day, no dog in the room, still no cleaning service. Very disappointed.

Funky and fun and festive.

Liked: The lounge and reception area was fun, warm and welcoming. The location was within a couple of blocks of everything downtown Fayetteville. The bed was very comfortable, views from the top floor are nice, and the shower had nice water pressure.
Disliked: Some areas could have been cleaner. There was a glass top on the dresser that was clean but they had not cleaned underneath it so all of the dirt and debris was visible.
