Liked: It was very cute.
Disliked: Staff was not nice. They don’t even smile, they were nowhere to be found, and they didn’t even say happy anniversary. Also, they never allowed my partner to check in despite the fact that I sent them a message saying that he will be the first one to arrive.

Liked: Had a lot of personality. Location is great and close to lots of stores and attractions. The staff was absolutely fantastic.
Disliked: The exercise room was tiny and cramped and could use a facelift.

Disliked: The staff was slow to respond. Breakfast took 45 minutes from ordering to service. The bar was unattended yet open. The front desk person and valet were often missing.

Liked: Located two blocks from the lake but near restaurants and shopping. It’s charming and well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. There’s a bar and restaurant on site.

Liked: The restaurant was a beautiful room. The menu was a bit limited and my eggs came out cold. The staff though were lovely.
Disliked: It would’ve been great if they offered oatmeal. My eggs came out cold.

Liked: All of the staff are so kind and friendly. The location is so central to NU and the town of Evanston we just walked everywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar was our favorite place as the bartender is AMAZING!
Disliked: The mattress was not very comfortable - but we slept well anyway.
