Liked: I enjoyed how attentive the staff was. We had an ac problem in our original room and they quickly gave us a new room to remedy the situation.

Disliked: Needs more light in room and bathroom

Perfect location in a plus...

Liked: Clean and well appointed facilities; convenient and top notch rooftop sports bar, though it closed a bit early (midnight).
Disliked: Valet parking is limited and chaotic in front of the hotel.

Great location but service not...

Liked: The interior of the hotel area was very nice, beautiful rooftop bar with views of the town.
Disliked: They could not find my reservation, they kept saying are you sure you have a room here and once they found it they did not apologize for any inconvenience they just said it was because I booked with a 3rd party. There was no complimentary water in my room and my television did not work. I called the next morning and the tech for the TV arrived in about 30 mins. TV was broken and they were full so they couldn't switch my room. Housekeeping didn't come with water but technical was helpful and went to get it for me. When I arrived back later day, housekeeping never refilled the coffee bar so I called down around 5PM to have this done, when I returned that evening, it was still never refilled. The in the bathroom was very dim, hard to put on makeup. They gave me a food voucher for a future visit.
