Great location. Very convenient to Monticello and other points of interest. Room was large and nicely furnished but could have used another chair and table. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. I would stay there again.

Liked: The staff was excellent and they made every effort to make our stay positive.
Disliked: We had a little plumbling problem and the service for standard TV stations was very poor.

Disliked: Parking in the garage was rough. Tight spaces and people parked on the ramps. Originally toilet didn’t flush but someone came and fixed it. The people next to us had a baby that woke up screaming. The room was very loud.

Staff was great! Location terrific.

Disliked: The rooms are a little worn. The picture of the horse falling in our room was quite disturbing.

Disliked: It’s under construction. Men on scaffolding right outside our window. Not told. Understaffed. Broken parking garage pay system … no sign posted or instructions on what to do.

Liked: The proximity to uva hospital
Disliked: They messed up my reservation and then offered me and upgrade, which was the room I originally purchased. Righting a wrong is not an upgrade. The shower door was broken and out of our window we could only see a scaffold. Won’t be back.
