Nice property inadequately staffed
Liked: Location and size of room
Disliked: They never cleaned it despite two in person requests during a three night stay

Liked: Beautiful hotel and so dog friendly! The basketball court is hilarious and our dog loved playing with a plush ball. The 5th floor patios (if you pick such a room) are lovely and private as well. And the whole place is beautifully decorated and right in the middle of things, you can walk everywhere. Parking is inside so you won't get wet unloading if it's raining.
Disliked: 1bd was a bit small and only instant coffee in the rooms. No free coffee in the lobby, which for the price would be nice. Parking is pretty pricey for where you are, though secure and in a garage.

Location! Location! Location!
Liked: Love the location as we can walk to our favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill, Talullah's for great food! Hotel is very quiet and rooms and beds are comfortable.
Disliked: No breakfast is included and you have to go outside the hotel to find a place to eat for that meal. The hotel has service for items like burgers at night but we've never tried it. The pillows are very chunky and large so we always take our own.

This hotel is very nice.
Liked: very nicely decorated and ean
Disliked: The HVAC system is too loud in the room and not easily controlled by a confusing control . We were without hot water until late in the evening.

I wouldn’t book there again...
Liked: The location is perfect as it’s on Franklin street with access to restaurants. The decor is ‘funky’ for those who appreciate that style. I think alumni from UNC would relate to it.
Disliked: The air conditioning system the hotel installed is loud, it can’t be adjusted from the room. It was difficult to get quality sleep. Check-in, in the evening wasn’t welcoming. We were given keys and given no explanation of the facilities and what check out time was.
