The room and restaurant staff...

Liked: The beds were super comfortable and room super clean
Disliked: The manager's reception. He was rudely inattentive. He did not greet us or make eye contact.

Beautiful place but needs better...

Liked: The decor is awesome and fun.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk and even at the coffee counter seemed glum and bitter. No hello, no smile, no eye contact. Also, we got no information about the hotel. We didn't know if there was room service or Sunday brunch or even if the restaurant was open.

Liked: The location and the staff were excellent, that you had to have a key to enter and get on the elevator, and the restaurant had a great breakfast.
Disliked: That there was no fan in the bathroom
