Sadly did not meet expectations

Liked: It's a very cute, kitschy hotel, which is one of the reasons I chose it. The rooms are nice, the bed is comfy with feather pillows, but sadly that didn't help with my disappointing stay.
Disliked: I didn't like turning my shower on and water spraying over the bathroom, or my sink filling up with water and the plug not working and having to dig it out to get the water to drain from the sink. We did call the desk and they sent maintenance up really quickly however it wasn't fixable so we had to move to a new room. Also we discovered that we were unable to cast from our phone to the TV, which I find very odd in 2024. Also no room service, despite there being a restaurant on site. Really no room information provided at all in the room, there was a telephone but no information about what button to press for reception etc, at $311 per night I expect a lot more from a hotel.

Perfect hotel for a perfect...

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and the view into the atrium was amazing. We loved the decor, really set itself apart from your everyday (forgettable) hotel. The location was perfect! Literally a 4 minute walk to our destination.
Disliked: I’m not a fan of bathtubs. I wish the shower was more of a walk in shower instead of the shower/tub combo.

Good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility for our dogs was good, too. We have family who live nearby so the location is good for us.
Disliked: Our room faced the atrium, which we did not like. We have stayed in the hotel quite a few times under different owners and this is the first time we had that type of room. We will request a different room when/if we stay there again.
