Liked: Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My room (perhaps not all?) had a shower that spilled water across the entire bathroom floor requiring several towels to soak it up to avoid slipping on the tiles.

Good location,comfortable digs, but could...

Liked: The room and bed were comfortable. The location was good for access to everything we wanted to reach. The staff was cordial and very helpful.
Disliked: Although the room was generally clean and the linens and towels were crisp and clean, the furniture had a coat of dust. Like many hotels, this property has probably cut down on cleaning staff. Staff reduction was also apparent in the breakfast area where one orders at a counter for takeout or to eat in, but there is no wait staff and the food is inconsistent - bagel and lox good, avocado toast, not so much.

Book on your own not...

Disliked: The property is fantastic…no issues. The issue is booking.com. My flight was cancelled so the first night of my reservation was unused. The hotel was happy to credit me and really understood but they could not do anything since I booked third party. I have tried to get my money from booking.com but they are impossible to even reach! Booking.com scammed me of $350.00. I Will never book through them again. This is the second time I have had this issue. Be warned. Call the hotel yourself - prices usually same or similar.

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable.. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The price was a little high for the parking not to be included. For the price there could have been a Continental breakfast or coffee in the morning in the lobby.

Great location, family friendly, overpriced....

Liked: Location is great. Valet is quick and self parking is easy. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and Main Street. Had a nice conversation with the valet and also with the staff at reception desk during check-in. When the lobby busy, the adirondack chairs outside the entrance provided a quiet escape.
Disliked: Cost-cutting apparent. Although we booked two nights for 4 people, we only received three sets of towels both nights. You'll find instant coffee in your room and this view at $450/night...see photo.
