Great location!

Liked: Great location and the decor in the rooms and lobby were great. Bed was super comfy and the theme was very academic which was fitting for the location and probably why most people were staying there. We will be back but will definitely book ahead next time as the room rate was very high for the nights we needed to be there!
Disliked: Our room was noisy and I didn’t find the front desk staff to be overly welcoming.

Liked: Location fine but don’t expect to charge it to your room. You will need to pay each day. And because of the banking system you will need a credit card not a European debit card.Only bad thing about it though. Our waitress was brilliant, really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Because of the hotel policy of not charging to rooms, it feels less like a hotel experience now. The only thing we could add to our bill was the valet parking - and park yourself was not an option. Bar - pay as you go. Breakfast pay as you go, shop - pay as you go.Rooms were not ready at checkin and the branding of the hotel - think “reliving college if I was a boomer” was lost on me. And as a result of the brand things like showering were less good. Think locker room/prison shower head. Overall hotel has a run down feel, and with the lack of hotel feel across different aspects because of pay as you go, it was not welcoming.

Liked: Fabulous location, great atmosphere. Both are important! Small bathroom with door that clocked exterior door if opened. In room coffee was instant. Breakfast at restaurant was average . Would still stay again, despite the mnimal drawbacks for atmosphere and location. Can't be beat!
