Exceptional

Liked: Facilities are super clean; easy process even though it was contactless; bed was really comfortable and sufficient linens, bla kets and pillows. Common areas were really clean and comfortable as well. Parking was convenient and easy to use once you figure out where it is.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. I had one mix up when I arrived with a door code, but it was easily resolved with a phone call, which was answered immediately.

Liked: Location was great and close to my medical appointment Location.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable, but too high for a short person to be able to easily get into it. Otherwise, the room was great and the shower worked perfectly and lots of hot water.

Liked: The location was really good. There were lots of food shops and bus stop was just few minutes away.
Disliked: First, the curtain in my room has molds, seems like it hasn't been wash for the longest time. The towels had very visible stains. The carpet has some kinda moldy smell. Lastly, the bed made squicky noices whenever I toss and turn which was so annoying. I used some utensils and glasses and since there's no sink downstairs, I left the dishes on the tray and those dishes probably there for like an overnight. Like, no one's checking on it.
