We will definitely be staying...

Liked: Great location with access to everything.
Disliked: The hot tub. It didn’t stay on long enough. It has a dial that you turn, and it lasted less than 5-10 minutes.

Spacious rooms for family.

Liked: Hotel is beautiful, bed was comfortable. Loved the spacious room with table and chairs. Having local channels was great being able to watch for updates on tornados during the night to keep us safe. Would gladly stay again
Disliked: Went down for breakfast and there was no coffee.

Hidden gem

Liked: The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. This place is a hidden gem. This is my 5th time staying and will never go to any other places again when I come to the city. The staff is also amazing.
Disliked: What's not to like?

The guy at the front...

Liked: The guy at the front desk was rude and not friendly. The maid try to barge in my room without nocking or announcing herself. She was also very rude.
