Liked: The staff are nice and friendly location is easy to fine, nice location.
Disliked: They was so mush is noise of peoples who's moving up and down sound like people's moving a working car very very nosy; the bad part is this is happening from 5am to 9am I can't sleep. an other problem is there is not hot water to take shower in the morning. I have a flight problem I call to inform the facility about the situation but I get charge for the 1st night I did not spend there.

Liked: Good choices at breakfast including hot egg and bacon. The room was clean, reception staff very helpful including booking a taxi. Big plus for Brussels is that the hotel offers a free car park. Easy walking distance from the tram service and no more than two minutes from being able to join the motorway.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather basic, there are no hooks or very little space for toiletries etc., and the basin plug needed replacing as the basin does not hold water! The lighting in the bedroom is totally inadequate making it almost impossible to see into the wardrobes as it is so dark. The only electric plug socket to be able re-charge our mobile phones was at almost floor level by the door to the corridor. Totally impractical if you wanted to use the phone at the same time as charging the battery.
