Disliked: The shower was lukewarm at best and very slow trickle. Unable to run a bath as water pressure so low. This is our only complaint though for an otherwise lovely stay!

Liked: The Ambassador suite was a bit smaller than expected, but the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.The location is excellent, very central in Den Bosch.Service was excellent, and the staff is great.
Disliked: Heating is only through the air-conditioning unit, and the bathroom has no floor heating.The quality of breakfast is good, but having more variety in main dishes would be nice (e.g., more cheese or salami options).

Disliked: The toilet was dirty and I found a used paper handkerchief in the bed. This simple means toilet wasn't properly cleaned and sheets weren't been changed.I told to the reception and they assured me they gonna fix.At my return at late evening toilet was still dirty (hopefully they changed the sheets)To switch off the lights you have to stand up from the bad and go by the door to switch off from the central panel. Maybe I'm stupid, but I didn't find any other way. A simple button beside the bad: on/off. Too difficult?

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk from the magnificent cathedral and plenty of places to eat and drink close by.All of the staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly.I stayed in a single room that was clean, comfortable, and suited my needs perfectly. ( although no safe in the room, but that hardly ruined my stay).The selection at breakfast is outstanding, one of the best I have experienced in a hotel.A choice of cooked food , cereals, meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, seeds, nuts, different breads, assorted coffee, and tea choices. There is something for everyone. There is a nice lounge area at the front of the hotel that sells a range of beers and spirits( you need a debit card to pay here).You can also buy a Bosch Bol ( a local sweet treat) in the hotel, which is something you have to try in S'hertogenbosch, and I recommend them.I stayed for four nights and look forward to returning to the city and the Good Seasons.Thank you.
