Liked: There was no elevator so it was a bit difficult to get our luggage upstairs. Also, we didn’t get the extra pillows I requested.

Great Value, Good Night's Sleep

Liked: I made a, request for a 1st floor room as there are no elevators and I am now a senior citizen. They honored my request, reserving a room for my late night arrival. I also appreciated the security of inside doors (instead of exposed to the exterior) and locked doors to gain entry into the building itself
Disliked: Although I adjusted the heat in the room, I personally like to sleep under the weight of more blankets. I also wish there had been a grab bar beside the tub/shower.
