Liked: staff are very professional and accommodating rooms are nice.
Disliked: bed not to comfortable.. my back hurts

Liked: The property was well maintained. Couldn't fault the new carpets and bathroom mirrors
Disliked: Staff could be more friendly. Blankets could have been more comfy. Towels could have been thicker.. Was not advised if the property had an ice machine for guest use. Was only told about what I had to pay if I broke anything in the room .I found the last part as very unfriendly and unprofessional. More training on how to deliver information in a tactful way. No cupboards to hang my shirts and coat. Hangers were out in the open.
