Liked: I had a small room with private bathroom, breakfast included. It’s not a luxury hotel however it’s a good option if you need a stay for few days and you’re not going to spend much time in the room. Everything was clean, the stuff very friendly and supportive. The location was convenient for me just because it’s very close to my company’s office, other than that it would take you about 30 minutes walk to the downtown area.
Disliked: I had to decrease number of days in my reservation due to the changes in my travel plan and I couldn’t fix it myself. I reached out to both the hotel stuff and the Booking support, and there hotel team recommended to contact the platform service which responded to me that they’re waiting for the hotel’s team response and never got back to me again. I decided to cancel my reservation and book it again starting with a later date, and was very surprised that new start date wasn’t available while other days I could book with no issue. After a couple of minutes it became available, however the price for that date was 3 times higher than for the rest of my stay. I don’t know what exactly was that automatic dynamic pricing or just coincidence. To be fair this my emotion is not related to my stay itself and the property stuff, however this “bad aftertaste” of my negative experience is still there.

Liked: The property was in a central location and the rooms were easy to get to on the first floor.
Disliked: This is probably the least family friendly location I’ve ever stayed and breakfast ends SO early. We paid for it but missed every day due to jet lag.

Good choice for an over...

Liked: Despite some initial troubles with the rooms size, we had a good rest there during our road trip. The staff was very kind and helpful to find a solution for us. Thanks!
Disliked: The dogs could be only in twin rooms, not in double rooms. This was and issue for us as the rooms are very tiny and our dog is quite big. So just that you know in advance.
