Excellent stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and convenient location to Cambridge Station. The AC did not cool the room down enough for comfortable sleep, but this is a common issue in European hotels. They did have a fan in the room that I had chosen not to run. I would stay here again.

Liked: Everything was exceptional except that we had no hot water in the morning to have a shower. It wasn’t rectified straight away. They offered us another room but by this time we’d had a quick wash and dressed as we wanted to go out. They dealt with the problem graciously and we were given a generous discount so we weren’t entirely unhappy.
