Disliked: It could do with an upgrade in the bedrooms, ours was extremely warm we struggled to sleep

Liked: Great aspect and plenty of parking once inside the staff were all really friendly and bar restaurant area was well laid out. Comfy room quiet night
Disliked: Bit of trek to get to floors I was on first floor and was upstairs across landing and up in lift to get to floor. Lift was dated and noisy as my room was close by. Decor in rooms needs update

Avoid

Liked: The room had a dirty smell it was that bad we changed from the first room and checked out before time. Forgot some body washes in the room when I rang for them housekeeping hadn’t handed them in disgusting!!

Exceptional

Tired hotel,

Liked: Location for what we needed, breakfast was good,that was about it.
Disliked: First room we were offered was extremely noisy,so asked for a quieter room,next room felt damp and cold, bathroom heated towel rail controller was covered in tin foil hiding exposed electric wires,in a bathroom,the TV buzzed when turned on and if you touched the mains cable the TV turned itself off, worrying,I asked for another room change and was given the room next door, better room bathroom was freezing,complained and was told I could look at one more room but that was all,that room was as noisy as the first,so we decided to take the previous offered room but turned the heating up and left the bathroom door open,very disappointed overall as my partner had stayed here before and recommended it,would probably not stay here again,the hotel in general was very tired,pat tested electrical items were out of date and there was a split in the bathroom floor, simply not good enough. Premier Inn next time.
