Fantastic stay and I would...

Liked: We really enjoyed our two nights stay. The breakfast and dinners were lovely, and the staff went beyond to make sure I had gluten free food. When I asked what food was available everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Last minute chill

Liked: When checking in we were told all food in restaurant half price ..football was on in bar after that then entertainment on in deerstalker bar@ 9.30 to late...Didn't have to leave hotel
Disliked: Room wasn't the biggest but had all we needed which was more important

Exceptional

Liked: How polite everybody was and respected for people's views
Disliked: Everything about this experience was magnificent...

Liked: The location by the coast and the nice relaxing bar and restaurant facility.
Disliked: The food standard has taken a significant hit, particularly when it comes to the steak. When the newly renovated restaurant first opened, the steak was exceptional; however, my recent experience was disappointing, as was a previous visit. While other meals ordered by my family were acceptable, the steak certainly does not meet expectations. Additionally, the pillow on our bed was unclean and visibly off-putting, and I prefer not to elaborate further. It was merely a decorative pillow, so I removed it and placed it on the floor. On a positive note, the rest of the room maintained a high level of cleanliness.

Liked: Love the decor of the hotel and smart tv in room. Lovely view and the bars were very nice in the hotel.
Disliked: Would just prefer a double mattress rather than two single mattresses pushed together but not a big deal at all the bed was very comfy regardless!
