Liked: The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety of choice. It was very filling.
Disliked: My wife paid £30 for the Thermal Experience and felt it was poor value for money. It was supposed to be exclusively for those who paid, but other guests were getting in for free.

Dog Owners. No, your pets...

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff
Disliked: Dog friendly. There needs to be specific dog free areas in the hotel. Not everyone owns or necessarily likes dogs and when guests start allowing their pets to sit on couches and chairs in the lounge that's not on. Your dogs are animals, not humans

Liked: Pleasant stay with helpful friendly staff.I was encouraged by your senior waitress to play your very good piano which is in good condition but is requiring tuning.I was applauded by the rest of the guests in the dining room room!

Liked: We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this excellent hotel,the room was lovely had a see view,so very happy.All the staff were excellent,very helpful,friendly and very accommodating to your needs.The food was great,breakfast was great,good choice,from a cooked breakfast to continental all were excellent.If you want a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the Moray Firth,then this hotel is a must.Will be back next year.Thank you all at the hotel for making our stay wonderful.
