Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent, right in the old town with the gorgeous cobblestone streets.

Liked: Perfect location in the heart of the old city!Very welcoming staff.The room is simple with a small bathroom. The latter is actually in the room itself with a thin partition wall (a little bit unusual but OK). It is a no-frills room that does the job!Breakfast is excellent with a good selection of dishes.Underground parking is available for a discounted fee (c.22€ per day).Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Staff seemed more interested in each other than the guests- we arrived and they were engrossed in conversations with each other. The young girl on reception in the morning always seemed to be on the phone and had to wait several times whilst she finished her call, rather than mouth to us ‘ I’ll be right with you’Came to check out and settle my city tax, shouldn’t have bothered as they were all having breakfast and I had to find them…

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Bit dated and lacked decent pillows for the bed. The breakfast was under whelming ..and no central coffee server so had to ask the single waiter every time for coffee and he was waiting on the whole room. Was not informed we would be getting an ADA bathroom where the shower poured all over the floor. Parking is a little ways away but you can drop off luggage first which is nice
