This was my second stay...

Liked: The reception staff were nice. There was an initial misunderstanding about my booking which was inclusive of breakfast but it was resolved eventually. The breakfast was superb!

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms....

Liked: Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and this is a big plus if you have work in and around the airport.

Liked: Air conditioner never worked and the air did not come up by the time of leaving the window opened. Shuttle was okay and also staff support and help
