Liked: Room as expected. Shower okay. Towels quite small and a little old. Great breakfast buffet. Most staff good.
Disliked: One of the staff mot as helpful as the rest.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was really nice, good selection of hot and cold snacks, perfect stay, polite staff, amazing location.
Disliked: coffee was a bit bitter than I wanted - but that's a minor thingairconditioners controls are a bit messy - better to ask at reception how to use it

Nice hotel in good location.

Liked: Nice hotel in Kazimierz district. Easy walking distance to some of the most eclectic bars and restaurants in Krakow. Very clean, lovely and quiet. Friendly staff. Also a superb breakfast selection. I'll be back here on my next visit.
