Very comfortable hotel with helpful...

Liked: The location was great and the facilities and room were lovely

Exceptional

Liked: My partner and I arrived late and very tired from a few days hiking in northernSpain. The young woman on reception was very friendly and helpful, and the room so comfortable. We couldn't figure out the coffee machine in the morning. That was the only downside but might well have been our own fault. We look forward to staying again.

Liked: Location by train station, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: We are seasoned travelers. When we first enter a hotel room, we check for bed bugs. At first glance, the room appeared clean. However, we found garbage under a corner of the mattress, and the reception changed our room.
