Liked: Great value! Excellent location friendly welcoming staff. Room was remodeled and I liked the new hardwood floors. My request for a ground floor garden view room was granted. Nice patio and pool area.
Disliked: Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Looking forward to the spa opening soon.

Disliked: Tried to connect immediately on app that after checking in pulled back sheet and greeted by a BUG! Took picture and can send. We canceled and did not stay. Went to another hotel. Front desk said you Booking.com would arrange refund! Please do!! The app had no way for me to send message to you immediately. Fix as well

Liked: Location to visit friends.
Disliked: Door to the balcony did not lock. Opened on arrival. Sink in the outer bathroom did not drain and had to have maintenance come up and unplugged the toilet.

It’s a very dated hotel.

Liked: The location was close to the Catalina Express terminal.
Disliked: The place looked quite aged and run down. The picture of the hotel was probably taken 20 years ago.
