Nice check-in staff comfortable room...

Liked: Room was clean but a bit noisy near the elevator the pool hours were good and the pool was comfortable
Disliked: Cant think of anything.

It was a fair stay...

Liked: I really liked how the price was, and I have to say it was all fair. I really liked the view, they gave me a good view of the river which was nice to see. Overall, it wasn't too bad, and since I traveled alone it was a good get away.
Disliked: What I didn't like was one of the front desk agents at the front desk. It looked like the person didn't really try to have a warm welcome or helped in any sort of way. It was rectified when another agent helped me and that person had really good customer service. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Disliked: tired, needs renovation, rusty plumbing.The casino had only one blackjack table, so didn't play even tho I was ready to

Disliked: The elevator was out of order. The staff said “ it was due to the elevator overheating. It would start working in a few hours “ our room was not cleaned properly. Not vacuumed. Bathroom had stains on floor and sink. Coffee shop did not open until 2hours after posted opening.

Hadn't been here in years.

Liked: Staff was excellent. The steakhouse was incredible, food, service and quality were fantastic. Loved having the jacuzzi available after dinner.
Disliked: The electronic control of the A/C was horrible. Could not get the A/C to stay on!

Wonderful trip

Disliked: Heat. Didn't work.
