Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: I didn't like an hour long wait at check- in. I'd just driven 300 miles to get there. Completely unacceptable. This is a four star hotel, that provided a no star service at check-in on this occasion. This was my first occasion - it mattered.I didn't like the lack of a fridge in the room either.

Liked: Had to move rooms as the neighbours were extremely noisy and despite calling front desk 3 times in the middle of the night the noise persisted.

Fun stay but over priced....

Liked: It’s a nice property in a not very scenic location.
Disliked: No hot water in room. Left credit card in restaurant. Was told that it was turned over to security. Security said they didn’t have it.
