Liked: Pretty much everything was exactly what I expected. Nice clean well organized...
Disliked: Coming in from a business meeting one of the ladies in our group stumbled walking up the stairs. Staff quickly approached her telling her that she had to go to her room or leave. That was so uncalled for and very unprofessional on behalf of the staff. I would have understood if the lady was belligerent causing a scene but all she done was stumbled going up the steps. Because of that I don't ever plane on staying at this hotel again.

Liked: The staff was great. Especially the girl at check in. I can’t remember her name now and I even asked but she was so pleasant to deal with and even was able to give me the upgrade I requested.
Disliked: It was pretty expensive but it was Super Bowl weekend. The upgrade made it feel a little better.
