Liked: The location was great since it was right in the city centre. Everything was easily accessible. The lounges were nice, could sit anywhere and use the wifi. The restaurant/bar area was good as well.
Disliked: The radiator only worked for the first night , however the staff provided us with a heater which worked well. Rooms weren’t cleaned every day, you had to inform reception before 9AM if you wanted it done.There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms. You have to go to the lounge on the ground floor to access it.

Nice hotel entrance rooms bad

Liked: the reception , bar area and restaurant where very well prensented
Disliked: the room was not the cleanest more akin to a hostel than a hotelthe room was freezing to the point I had to get a extra heater.the room all in all was very tired.small and not the best.bathroom was small and ice cold with drafts from the vent which didn't work.the room also suffer from a draft from the window and door.

Liked: Bathroom was clean and fresh
Disliked: Room 107 - heating didn’t work, therefore the room was very very cold. We had to sit with hats and coats on and place coats on top of duvet overnight.We did eventually get an electric heater delivered but for safety reasons could not leave this on Indefinitely and the temperature plummeted as soon as we turned the heater off.

Liked: The hotel was good. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only problem was the bad internet and connection while in the rooms.
Disliked: Poor internet/ connections in rooms
