Property fulfilled my needs and...

Liked: Check in clerk responded promptly after hours and was courteous. Room was heated comfortably upon occupancy. Cable television was simple to use, bedding was comfortable.Small kitchen and cookware enabled me to prepare hot water for my french press coffee maker.Liked the lake front location.Easy access from interstate.
Disliked: No complaints.

Great view, despite the cold

Liked: The view of Lake Champlain
Disliked: It was a windy night. Air was getting in from the outside from the window by the bed. The heater compensated for it.

Simple beachfront accommodation

Liked: We arrived late and yet still we were able to check in.
Disliked: A little dusty in some areas.

A hidden gem with wonderful...

Liked: A hidden gem with wonderful staff. It is a wonderful place to watch the sun rise and set. I enjoyed walking along the beach in the early morning before heading out for breakfast. Bob, at the front desk, was very friendly. So, too, was the housekeeper. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, and I plan to visit again.
Disliked: I had a few hiccups where my room card would just not swipe. Bob was quite apologetic and did the necessary running around to get it resolved in a timely manner
