Would never go back.

Disliked: Music from the main floor was heard in my room. My car got a small dent in the driver side - noticed after I picked it up. Grout in the bathroom was discolored.

Disliked: they gave me a room that was extremely loud and I left as soon as I opened the door. I didn't even walk in the room and shut the door. The room was next to a stage and right under the loud speaker playing loud music. I just felt disrespected that they put me right there.

Liked: We loved being on Fremont St. We enjoyed our passes to Stadium Swim. We enjoyed the Fremont experience outside the hotel rooms. It was nice having a small place that wasn't as busy as the other places to return to.
Disliked: Check-in was a nightmare! We clearly had a reservation to the queen bed room and when we checked in, the guy (who was higher than a kite) told us we weren't guaranteed what we booked! Horrible! We were going to end up in a twin bed room or a smoking room he told us. He said the only thing he could do for us was give us a $25 food credit (which we never got!!!). The rooms are absolutely horrible! Insanely tiny. Our shower was either scolding hot or ice cold, no happy medium. It was a little loud from Fremont St which wasn't horrible, but we wanted to turn the TV on to have background noise...the TV didn't work either! When we checked out, the lady never even asked us how our stay was. Very disappointing! Spend a little more money to stay somewhere else. $400 a night is not worth it whatsoever!
