Great hotel, but bring your...

Liked: The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and the view of the lake was stunning. Having underground parking and an on-site restaurant was a bonus.
Disliked: The bed pillows were so high and firm that they gave all of us sore necks. I ended up stuffing a pillow case with sweaters and slept on that. The couch and chairs were plastic and not terribly comfortable.

We had 3 beautiful days...

Liked: The location, the room size, the hot tub, the helpful staff… and the extra Christmas breakfast!
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Complimentary coffee in the room, but no tea.(not coffee drinkers). Staff said we had to pay $1 for tea, yet coffee was free. Not a good policy.
