Disliked: When we arrived we opened our clean bed covers to find beetles in the bed. Luckily, we had a 2 bed hotel room and my partner and I are both comfortable with wildlife, so we disposed of them and used the other bed after we scoped it out. I’m not sure if you guys do anything to accommodate this, but I did want to let you know as it might save you a headache from someone not as calm and friendly with wildlife. I also wanted to let you know incase this has been an issue you guys have been dealing with. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Liked: Excellent continental breakfast.
Disliked: Last night was interrupted by inconsiderate guests for 1+ hours with excessive noise. Handled by night staff but found it difficult to get back to sleep.

Liked: Great pool area, room larger than most, staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Phoenix at check-in was awesome.
Disliked: A small freezer in fridge would be helpful
