Liked: Maintenance came to fix the tv fast.

Liked: I was in town for the 37 annual Baker-2-Vegas Challenge Cup Relay for my 20 race. I appreciated the decor and brightness of the interior along with the ventilation. I was not annoyed by the smokers. Our room was very quiet thanks to your thick doors.
Disliked: The lack of a small refrigerator & microwave as a standard amenities. We had to use a styrofoam from Walmart to keep our waters and fruits cool.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms are pretty worn out.
Disliked: The carpet, towels and furniture are old. There was NO view, NO refrigerator, NO Vegas information.

Liked: Good customer service. Small casino so it was easy to find your way around and not get lost. Free parking is wonderful.
Disliked: Signage for hotel entry not visible. Paid an additional $20 to upgrade into a remodeled room with a mini fridge - the bathroom door was a sliding barn style door which left 1" gap on both sides when closed! Musty smelling pillow/linens.

Liked: Being off-strip, and the gambling (better pay-off on blackjacks than strip hotels, for example)
Disliked: Resort fee is garbage. Internet was slow despite the high resort fee, and I needed it for work while I was there. Desk was nice to have but not made for working at, which I needed, since the chair sat so low. Good idea with bad execution.

Liked: Loved the friendly, helpful staff!
Disliked: There wasnt a microwave, or refrigerator to put my leftover food, from the best restaurants located in the Gold Coast Hotel!

Liked: Smaller casino is easier to navigate. Live bingo. Affordable.
Disliked: Takes forever to get drinks on casino floor. Limited table games. Black mold in grout around tub/shower, beds were somewhat too firm. Two pillows on a king bed when there should be four for comfort.
