Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet, managed to gey a good nights sleep.
Disliked: The selection of food was good, however you let yourselves down badly. The cooked food looked very welcoming and was looking forward to a full traditional breakfast. Unfortunately, the infra red warming system was not working, thereby the food was stone cold. what a pity especially after the kitchen staff had spent their time preparing the food.

Lovely comfortable over night stay.

Really pleasant experience

Liked: Excellent breakfast - big choice. Good gym facilities.
Disliked: a the shower pressure was pitiful. And the serviettes at dinner left lint all over our clothing…. and when I asked the waiter if he had a lint roll or sellotape to remove the white fluff he seemed to think i was joking.

Passable

Disliked: Bar Food exorbitant prices, £8 for a very basic ham and cheese sandwich in the bar. not impressed.
