Excellent!

Liked: The hotel is excellent. The lady in charge was very cooperative and due to our early flight she manage our breakfast to be prepared in a packs.Definitely I will always prefer this hotel when I am in Copenhagen.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Friendly, convenient, great breakfast

Liked: Good stopover here. The staff was excellent - friendly and very helpful. Superb breakfast in a beautifully designed room overlooking the gardens. A/C wasn’t functioning so had no choice but to open the window - unfortunate as the road noise from outside was loud.

Excellent and perfect!

Liked: The hotel is excellent! The stuff, especially the lady in charge was extremely cooperative and friendly.When she understood that we have very early flight- she arrange our breakfast to be ready at 04.30AM.Thanks for that.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Great staff, wonderful, happy and beautiful people with a very good service.

Disappointing

Disliked: The reception was empty for at least half an hour, then a completely reluctant receptionist came with terrible behavior (stay from 29th to 30th March, around 7pm). Then she provided wrong information about wellness.
