Overall, we had a very...

Liked: The breakfast was good, there was something for everyone. I loved the cucumber-lemon-lime infused ice water! The location was close (within walking distance for us) to almost all of the eateries on the island. We enjoyed the historical aspect of the inn, and appreciated the way the main original building was preserved. We also liked the proximity to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cable tv company had plenty of channels to watch. Our balcony provided very scenic views of Glorietta Bay harbor.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't care for was the a/c unit blowing on me all night. I like circulation, but can't sleep with the fan directly on me. A redirection of the air to either the left or right of the bed would have been great.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and location. Right across the street from the beautiful beach! And able to walk into town.
Disliked: Clean, charming and a lot of history to the property.

Liked: The property is gorgeous, the staff was exceptional, and the location and cost are great!
Disliked: The room and the grounds could have been cleaner. The carpet was very dirty and had a faint mildew smell, the AC had a faint mildew smell, the chair and tables around the pool had cobwebs all over them, and there were often small pieces of trash, hoses, brooms, and trash bags left out on the grounds and outside hallways of the property.
