Liked: Really lovely hotel! Friendly staff who were helpful and concise Lovely personal touches - biscuits and note on door handle morning of check-out, and birthday wineVery central - about 5 mins from train station and Duomo. Lots of restaurants nearby Room was small but this was ok and adequate for the stay - it was big enough (bigger than I expected based on other reviews)Bed was also a good size and very comfortableI’d definitely come back here if staying in Florence again
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit smallCould hear noise from other roomsRoom was a bit cold and thermostat didn’t go above 23/24These things were not massive problems and would not put me off staying again
