Liked: Very good location, near the train station and the market. Also near the cathedral. Very good breakfast, with plenty of options. Staff was always available and helpful. Nice and clean room
Disliked: The parking could be also included or a discount could be offered to the guests.

Excellent location with yummy breakfast

Liked: Breakfast is excellent. Best meal of each day for us. The quadruple room we had was spacious. There were a few issues, such as heating, lighting but the staff resolved them quickly.
Disliked: The only complaint is they are going through renovations and we were not forewarned with loud pounding from 8AM-5PM. We were jetlagged as Florence was our first stop. We couldn't take any nap with the pounding right above us. They stopped for 30 minutes after we complained. It was painful to have that noise when we badly needed a rest.
