Disliked: - Small room- Blanket barely fit size of the small bed- Shower has no door and water goes everywhere

Great city centre location in...

Liked: Location , staff super friendly and helpful, comfortable stay in a nice hotel with a lovely restaurant.
Disliked: On the booking.com website the hotel was advertised as having Parking. In fact it does not have parking . The staff however were very helpful in suggesting alternative public paying car parks. They also allowed us to unload and reload our luggage outside the hotel on the street.

Exceptional

Lovely stay in chique Lyon

Liked: Loved the entrance, lobby and personnel at the reception. It's a great location and the decoration inside is really nice as well. Breakfast had a lot of options and was of high quality.
Disliked: I only had a 1p room that is supposed to be small, but I hardly had space for my suitcase at all.The bed was probably too old and I was laying in a pit rather than a well supported surface. Also, the decoration of the room was slightly inconvenient (a big picture frame not even 10cm above the bed) and old fashioned (bathroom was a beige that was used 20 years ago).

Overall I was slightly disappointed...

Liked: Service was very good and staff were polite and helpful, lobby seemed a pleasant space. Location is great, close to the metro and Bellecour square, with many options for eating well and having a good coffee, only within minutes of walking.
Disliked: Single room was extremely small for its price, basically a single bed and that was it. And looking at a wall of the back of the building. Sure it was a single room and the cheapest option, but this kind of room you don't expect to see in a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, the place was fine, but the equipment a bit old and tired.
