Could be a great hotel

Liked: Rooms were nice and had everything we needed. The staff was good and very helpful
Disliked: The temperature in the room was hard to control and we eventually had to open up a window to cool it off. The shuttle that was advertised only ran once at 930 am which didn't work for us. Don't expect shuttle service

Good for the last night...

Liked: - Clean and comfy room for one person - there's no door on the bathroom so no intimacy at all!- Breakfast was good - basic options but nice to have- Metro and buses about 10 mns on foot- Very close to the airport so convenient for a last night before departure
Disliked: - From the pictures upon booking, I didn't expect a basement room - I guess these rooms are for the one-night-only customers. No natural light. Ok for one night but I would have asked to change for a longer stay.- I could distinctively hear the guest -from the room next door- snore

Disliked: It needs redecorating but clean , no passenger lift we had very heavy suitcases and did not reason advance that there was no lift

Liked: The transfer shuttle service was excellent. Drivers were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Disliked: My room was in another building. I received zero help getting to the room. There were security gates. Maneuvering the gates with luggage was a pain. And it was not clearly marked. The hard tile floor in the room was softer than the bed.

Superb
