Liked: Everything apart from the cleanliness in the room was fine, lovely staff, gorgeous facilities and breakfast is definitely a must do, it is served quite early during the week but is totally worthy.
Disliked: The room was dusty and you could tell some of the surfaces weren't wiped after the last guest left, the floor was also dirty.

Disliked: The rooms stank of drains, like it was really bad, the stairs to the 6th floor smelt even worse. I asked them to clean the drains and all I got was a note on how to flush the toilet! I spoke to reception twice on the matter!

Liked: I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection is good and things get filled up fairly quickly. Also, it's rare that you have a steamer in the room which I liked a lot. The price per what you get is very decent, the room size is fine too for how central you are and what you pay for it!
Disliked: I do get that there needs to be constant ventilation but I found it uncomfortable that the air is directly blown into your face when you're in bed. The toilet brush should be replaced aw it's pretty much falling apart and doesn't do its job properly either. A kettle in the room would have been nice, other than that very great room.

Liked: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions
Disliked: The breakfast could have had a little bit more variety but nonetheless was delicious.
