Would definitely stay again

Liked: Everything Great location!

Bad

Disliked: This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. When we first got into our room, we noticed that there was a leak, in which yellow stains were noticeable from the dried up water. The sheets were stained, as well as the pillows. In addition, the pillow they had were all beat up and very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was also a TV but no remote and when I went to go ask the front desk, he gave me a completely different remote and did not bother to follow up with me after i told him that it did not work. As for the front desk staff, Both of the front desk workers I met were unknowledgeable that did not provide the customer service that I was needing. We were there for 3 nights and on the 2nd day while heading out, we had asked for new towels and a bed change. When we got back to our hotel later that night around 10pm, none of the sheets were changed nor did we received any new towels. When I went to go ask the front desk worker, he was only able to give me one new towel because he “said that they did not have anymore”. Are you honestly telling me that a hotel ran out of towels??? I wished we would’ve taken pictures. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Great event...but horrible hotel stay

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Shower door leaked and pull handle fell off. Could hear kids running/stomping floor above all night.Had some funky looked like black mold on lamp shade by bed.Ink stains drawn on the furniture.

Excellent value for a clean...

Liked: Was very pleased with location and price...EXCELLENT VALUE Breakfast was good. Eggs didn't have much taste
Disliked: Could not understand clerk that checked us in

Disliked: No lock on bathroom, beds not comfortable

Best hotel I stayed at...

Liked: Was easy to get to from the highway. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Bathroom was huge and the shower was the nicest I’ve ever seen/used at this price point.
Disliked: No issues

Liked: Breakfast was okay
Disliked: The faucet was loose in bathroom- the door handle to exit the room came off in my hand the first time I exited the room! My tv didn’t work I was given a different remote. My room was supposed to be 87.00 not 92.00-

Bad

Disliked: Glo called and canceled our booking just one hour prior to check in time. They said they didn’t have a room for us, that people did not check out as planned. I had prepaid for the room and so far, have not received a refund.
