Disappointing

Liked: When I first stepped into the room, I wished I had booked another day to stay. The interior is lovely! It smells good and is so clean. Breakfast is fantastic, too! The location is excellent! It's close to where I wanted to go. I'd book my next trip here.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with good variety and coffee was delicious.
Disliked: I like the swimming pool, however, I wish the water was warmer. Also, I was hoping there was a Jacuzzi.

Disliked: Its was so loud…- people in the hallway- people above us-the street outside our window -there was NO staff at the front desk when we got back to the hotel after a concert…it was 10:15pm
