Liked: Nice night staff, decent breakfast.
Disliked: The spa was not heated. We wanted 15 minutes of hot tub to relax tired muscles and feet and it was barely lukewarm. Please heat it and keep it open till 11:00pm or so during big Dallas events. We came in from a LONG day at the State Fair and just wanted 15 minutes and we got a my manager won’t allow that. When we went the next morning and it was not even warm it was more frustrating. A hot tub matters to some of us and I won’t stay here again without it.

Great stay just was not...

Liked: I loved everything about the room. Check-in easy, decor of the room, good breakfast.
Disliked: Need cable channels to watch sports. Netflix and Tubi are good to have but need actual cable channels as well.

Liked: The staff was nice. The breakfast was delicious and the choices changed everyday. It was a great stay.
